According to the 2009 International Coach Federation (ICF) Global Coaching Client Study, companies that use or have used professional coaching for business reasons have seen a median return on investment of seven times their initial investment. Individual clients reported a median return on investment of 3.44 times their investment.
Organizations can benefit by having a coaching culture where managers have the coaching skills to be able to coach employees. Also for the leaders, coaching relationships can help the leaders unleash their potential.
Impact has ICF accredited coaches on its panel who can work with the leaders on long term coaching relationships.

Interventions: Impact offers coaching relationships as well as coaching workshops for organisations.


  • This intervention works on basis of a relationship. The Coach and the Coachee forms a relationship in which they interact on a timely basis ( Usually once in a week) . The duration of the relationship can be from 6 weeks to six months depending on the kind of objectives chosen by the coachee.
  • The coach is the accountability partner responsible for the Coaching process.
  • The coachee is able to realize his potential based on his vision, actions and reflections.
  • The coachee will be able to set objectives which will help Him/her realize his/her potential.


This workshop will help drive Constructive Culture. This skill enables the leaders/ managers to engage teams in a constructive manner while minimizing the aggressive /passive style of functioning.
